On Friday 21 September, I requested a quote for termite inspection and preventative treatment. Nick arrived on time even though it was an early appointment at 0700. Nick was very thorough when providing the quote and addressed all my concerns.

On 25 September. Nick and Kirk arrived on time to do the treatment and produced a thorough report.

Nick and Kirk addressed all my concerns and walked me through every step. I felt very well informed as they did everything in and around the house.

Nick and Kirk were very respectful and considerate as my wife and I were working from home. I got your business phone number from my neighbour. I would not hesitate to recommend frontline to anyone in need of your services.

To Whom It May Concern,

In December 2008, we discovered we had termites in what we call our old building. The damage was quite extensive and we needed immediate service. We called Frontline Termite and Pest Control Services and they were able to at short notice come out and give us some advice. Being a school, we obviously had special needs in having to work around school days when children would not be present.

The course of action that was undertaken was

  • An initial insopection to assess what damage had occurred.
  • A full treatment over the school holidays to control the termite infestation.
  • A follow up inspection 12 weeks later to ensure the treatment had taken effect.

We were extremely pleased with the service of Frontline Termite and Pest Control from the time we made the original call to the completion of the service. I have always found Frontline Manager David Drury and technician Nick Bentley to be extremely reliable, only too willing to work with the school in their needs, sometimes on a very short time frame while also offering meaningful advice to assist in the completion of the project. They were extremely professional, conscientious and committed. Tasks allocated were done with thoroughness and pride and most importantly on schedule.

I have no hesitation in recommending Frontline to any school or organisation that requires termite or pest control.

I would be most happy to discuss this further if needed.
